• Customization and Final Sale:
  Since this is a custom product created specifically for you, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or modifications once your order is submitted.

• Design Accuracy:
  Your design will be printed exactly as it is sent to us. This includes all spelling, punctuation, formatting, and image placement requested. Please double-check your design to ensure everything looks perfect before submitting it.

• File Requirements:
  To achieve the best possible results, please provide a high-quality file. If you have any questions about file compatibility or formatting your image properly, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!

*NOTE: If any modifications to the artwork you upload are necessary due to quality issues, there will be an additional $10 artwork fee that will need to be paid prior to order completion.
